Yes, all visits are done by appointment only between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm.
A visit includes a customized treatment plan from a certified nurse practitioner. Every treatment plan includes your diagnosis, recommended medications – including a prescription if needed, and what to expect when following your plan
We use the latest research and evidence-based science to treat only conditions safe for online care.
We’ll ask you questions about your symptoms and medical history, just like the ones you’d hear in a doctor’s office or at urgent care, but online. If needed, we’ll ask for a few pictures to help diagnose your condition.
Our nurse practitioners can prescribe medications for most common medical conditions. Your treatment plan may include over-the-counter or prescription medications like antibiotics, antivirals or antifungals. We also prescribe birth control and emergency contraception.
We don’t currently prescribe or refill medications that are controlled by the Drug Enforcement Agency (e.g. narcotics specifically opiates for pain or benzodiazepines for anxiety).
Yes we can refill prescriptions
Yes, we can treat you for multiple conditions in one treatment plan if they are related such as an ear pain and a cold. For two separate conditions such as acne and flu, we'll ask that you complete two separate interviews so we can create two unique treatment plans.
Yes, we see 5 years old and up accompanied by the parent for our telemedicine acute illness clinic. With our primary care we are able to see all ages since we can conduct in person exams.
Yes, some conditions might require a picture sent via email or text message or a telemedicine visit.
We are currently a cash only model, however, we will soon be accepting multiple insurance plans
